Cartridges are manufactured in Illinois.

All toner cartridges are tested 100% prior to leaving the manufacturing facility to ensure that they are free of defects in material and workmanship. Our vendor honors requests for defective product replacement for up to 12 months from date of purchase on all laser toner products.

Our manufacturer guarantees that subject to normal use, their cartridges will not cause damage, printer wear or deterioration to any printers or copiers. In the event that their cartridges cause damage to your printer, we will arrange for the manufacturer to send a technician to clean or repair the printer. The manufacturer will cover the cost of repair or fair market replacement on the printer, with proper approval and documentation.

NOTE: The manufacturer will not reimburse repair or printer replacement costs without prior approval. Printer replacement would be of a comparable printer model that utilizes cartridges from the manufacturer. This guarantee is provided by the manufacturer at their desecration and not by CreaTech Innovations LLC.
